Each day, you'll follow a focused 15-minute routine targeting a specific area of the lower face, using techniques that release tension, restore muscle balance, and create visible lift.
DAY 1 — Release & Lift:
Begin by opening the chest and freeing the neck for better posture and flow. Then melt jaw tension, ease TMJ pressure, and awaken lift through your cheeks and eyes. The result: instant relief, calm, and a lighter, more open face.
DAY 2 — Deep Lift (Buccal Massage Day):
Go deep within to sculpt and lift from the inside out. Through buccal massage you’ll release tension hidden in the cheeks and jaw, smooth marionette lines, and restore natural contour and volume. It’s your signature deep‑tissue facial lift.
DAY 3 — Fascia Release:
Target stuck fascia in the neck and lower face to unglue restriction and revive elasticity. By freeing the deeper layers, each movement feels smoother, and your face regains bounce, balance, and a gently elevated structure.
DAY 4 — Sculpt & Lift:
