By purchasing, accessing, or using the Le Glow Studio website, mobile application, programs, digital products, memberships, coaching services, live sessions, social media content, or any related materials (collectively, the “Services”), and/or by clicking to accept our Terms of Service during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Health Disclaimer & Liability Waiver.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

1. No Medical Advice

All information provided through Le Glow Studio, including but not limited to face yoga routines, facial massage techniques, gua sha tutorials, lymphatic drainage routines, facial taping guidance, skincare recommendations, educational materials, videos, live sessions, coaching calls, emails, blog posts, downloadable resources, and social media content, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by Le Glow Studio is intended to constitute, or should be construed as:

  • medical advice
  • healthcare advice
  • physical therapy advice
  • chiropractic advice
  • mental health advice
  • diagnosis
  • treatment
  • cure
  • prevention of any disease or medical condition

The Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider.

2. No Practitioner-Patient or Therapeutic Relationship

Your use of the Services, including receiving educational guidance or personalized recommendations, does not create a medical, therapeutic, esthetician-client, or other professional healthcare relationship between you and Le Glow Studio or Priscilia.

Although Priscilia, founder of Le Glow Studio, is a licensed esthetician in France and the United States and a trained facial massage specialist, all information and recommendations are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any information, recommendations, or guidance provided through messages, emails, comments, or customer support is based solely on the information you choose to share and is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Such guidance should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

3. Assumption of Risk

Face yoga, facial massage, gua sha, facial taping, stretching, strengthening exercises, lymphatic drainage techniques, skincare routines, and related wellness practices involve inherent risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:

  • skin irritation
  • redness
  • bruising
  • soreness
  • muscle fatigue
  • dizziness
  • headaches
  • aggravation of TMJ or jaw pain
  • aggravation of existing skin conditions
  • aggravation of existing nerve conditions
  • swelling or inflammation
  • allergic reactions to oils, skincare products, tape, or tools
  • temporary discomfort
  • injury resulting from misuse or excessive force

By using the Services, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation.

You acknowledge that improper technique, excessive pressure, overtraining, or failure to follow instructions may increase risk.

4. Medical Conditions Requiring Clearance

You should not participate in any Le Glow Studio program without prior medical clearance if you have, or suspect you have, any of the following:

Skin-related conditions

  • eczema
  • psoriasis
  • rosacea
  • severe acne
  • open wounds
  • active rashes
  • infections
  • recent burns
  • recent chemical peels
  • recent laser treatments
  • recent microneedling
  • recent resurfacing treatments

Neurological or muscular conditions

  • Bell’s palsy
  • facial paralysis
  • trigeminal neuralgia
  • seizures
  • neuropathy
  • migraines triggered by massage or pressure
  • muscular disorders

Circulatory / vascular / blood-related conditions

  • blood clotting disorders
  • history of thrombosis
  • uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • vascular disease
  • fragile capillaries
  • severe inflammation

Dental / jaw / structural concerns

  • TMJ disorders
  • jaw dislocation history
  • recent dental work
  • implants
  • oral surgery
  • orthodontic appliances that may be affected by pressure

Cosmetic or medical procedures

You should avoid or seek clearance if you recently had:

  • Botox / neurotoxin injections within the last 2 weeks
  • dermal fillers within the last 4 weeks
  • PDO threads
  • facial surgery / neck surgery / dental surgery within the last 8–12 weeks or until medically cleared
  • facial implants
  • facial fat transfer
  • any invasive cosmetic treatment

Other conditions

  • pregnancy, especially during the first trimester or any high-risk pregnancy
  • cancer or active cancer treatment
  • autoimmune disorders
  • severe allergies
  • active infection or fever
  • body dysmorphic disorder or severe appearance-related mental health concerns
  • any other medical, physical, mental, or emotional condition that may affect your ability to safely participate

If you have any known or suspected medical condition, injury, illness, recent treatment, or other health concern not specifically listed above, you should consult with your physician or other qualified healthcare provider, or the healthcare professional managing your condition, before participating in any Le Glow Studio Services.

Participation is solely at your own risk.

5. Results Not Guaranteed

Results from face yoga, facial massage, skincare, or wellness routines vary from person to person.

Factors affecting results include but are not limited to:

  • age
  • genetics
  • lifestyle
  • diet
  • hydration
  • consistency
  • stress levels
  • sleep
  • medical history
  • previous cosmetic procedures

Le Glow Studio makes no guarantees regarding:

  • lifting
  • sculpting
  • wrinkle reduction
  • skin improvements
  • facial symmetry
  • lymphatic drainage results
  • any cosmetic or health outcome

Testimonials and before-and-after images are examples only and are not guarantees of results.

6. Product / Tool / Skincare Disclaimer

Any recommendation for skincare products, facial tools, oils, tape, supplements, or other products is based on general opinion and educational experience only.

Le Glow Studio is not responsible for:

  • allergic reactions
  • irritation
  • product misuse
  • defects in third-party products
  • dissatisfaction with third-party products

Always patch test skincare and use products/tools according to manufacturer instructions.

7. 1:1 Coaching & Live Session Disclaimer

Participation in coaching sessions, live sessions, or consultations is educational only.

Le Glow Studio does not provide medical diagnosis or individualized treatment plans.

You are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions, injuries, recent procedures, or contraindications before participating.

Le Glow Studio reserves the right to refuse, stop, or modify a session if participation appears unsafe.

8. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Le Glow Studio, its owner, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:

  • use or misuse of the Services
  • injuries or adverse reactions
  • reliance on information provided
  • participation in routines or coaching
  • third-party tools or products
  • technical issues or interruptions

This includes claims based on negligence, except where prohibited by law.
