These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Le Glow Studio website, mobile application, digital programs, memberships, courses, videos, live sessions, coaching services, downloadable materials, emails, social media content, and any related products or services offered by Le Glow Studio (collectively, the “Services”).

Le Glow Studio may be referred to in these Terms as “Le Glow Studio,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” The person accessing or using the Services may be referred to as “you” or “your.”

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing, purchasing, or using any of our Services.

By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any Services offered by Le Glow Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Health Disclaimer & Liability Waiver ("Disclaimer"), all of which are incorporated herein by reference and made part of these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Health Disclaimer & Liability Waiver, you must not access, purchase, subscribe to, or use our Services.

1. Overview of Services

Le Glow Studio provides educational content and digital wellness services related to face yoga, facial massage, gua sha, lymphatic drainage, facial taping, skincare education, holistic beauty, and related self-care practices.

Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

Our Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence.

If you allow a minor to access or use the Services, you are fully responsible for that minor’s use of the Services and any consequences that may result.

3. Health Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

Our Health Disclaimer & Liability Waiver is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of your agreement with Le Glow Studio.

By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Services, and/or by clicking to accept our Terms of Service during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Health Disclaimer & Liability Waiver.

You understand that Le Glow Studio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, chiropractic care, mental health care, or any other regulated healthcare service.

You are responsible for determining whether the Services are appropriate for you. You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any face yoga, facial massage, gua sha, facial taping, skincare, stretching, strengthening, wellness, or self-care practice, especially if you have any medical condition, recent cosmetic treatment, pregnancy, injury, or other health concern.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

4. No Medical or Professional Healthcare Relationship

Your use of the Services, including receiving educational guidance or personalized recommendations, does not create a medical, therapeutic, esthetician-client, or other professional healthcare relationship between you and Le Glow Studio or Priscilia.

Although Priscilia, founder of Le Glow Studio, is a licensed esthetician in France and the United States and a trained facial massage specialist, all information and recommendations are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any information, recommendations, or guidance provided through messages, emails, comments, or customer support is based solely on the information you choose to share and is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Such guidance should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

5. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account and provide information such as your name, email address, payment information, and login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account or making a purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and password. You agree not to share your account access with anyone else.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

6. Account Access Is Personal and Non-Transferable

Your account, programs, memberships, videos, downloads, and any other Services are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • share your login information
  • allow another person to use your account
  • transfer your account to another person
  • sell, resell, rent, sublicense, or distribute access to the Services
  • use the Services for commercial purposes without written permission from Le Glow Studio

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if we believe your account has been shared, misused, copied, distributed, or accessed in violation of these Terms.

7. Purchases, Payments, and Billing

When you purchase a program, membership, course, digital product, or any other Service from Le Glow Studio, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, subscriptions, applicable taxes, and related charges.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or purchase for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized use, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.

8. Memberships and Automatic Renewals

Certain Services may be offered as recurring subscriptions or memberships.

By purchasing a membership or subscription, you understand and agree that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You authorize Le Glow Studio and its payment processors to automatically charge your payment method on file at the recurring billing interval disclosed at checkout, such as monthly, yearly, or another stated period.

Before purchasing a subscription, you are responsible for reviewing:

  • the subscription price
  • the billing frequency
  • the renewal terms
  • the cancellation policy
  • any trial period terms
  • when your paid subscription begins
  • whether the subscription renews automatically

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation instructions provided in your account, checkout page, confirmation email, or app platform.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for past charges unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.

If your subscription includes a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

9. Price Changes and Service Changes

Prices for our Services may change at any time.

Any price change will not affect the subscription period you have already paid for, unless otherwise permitted by law.

If we change the price of an active recurring subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.

This may include changing routines, programs, categories, bonuses, live session schedules, app features, downloadable resources, or available content.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services, except where required by law.

10. Refund Policy

Because our Services are digital and often provide immediate access to videos, programs, downloads, app content, educational materials, and other resources, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

We do not guarantee refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • lack of use
  • failure to cancel before renewal
  • accidental purchases
  • inability to access due to incorrect email entry
  • dissatisfaction with results
  • failure to follow the program
  • personal scheduling conflicts
  • duplicate purchases caused by user error

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

If a specific offer includes a money-back guarantee or refund window, the terms of that offer will apply only to that specific purchase and only if you meet the stated conditions.

11. Lifetime Access

Some programs may be sold with “lifetime access.”

For purposes of these Terms, “lifetime access” means access for as long as Le Glow Studio continues to operate and offer access to that specific digital product through its current or future platform.

Lifetime access does not mean access for your lifetime, our lifetime, or forever.

We reserve the right to update, move, modify, replace, or discontinue platforms, apps, hosting providers, or delivery systems.

If we discontinue a platform or move content to a new system, we may provide reasonable instructions for continued access when possible.

Lifetime access may be terminated if you violate these Terms.

12. Digital Products and App Access

Some Services may be delivered through a third-party platform, including Kajabi, app stores, payment processors, email software, video hosting platforms, or other technology providers.

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, login issues, bugs, payment processor errors, app store errors, device incompatibility, internet connection issues, or other technical issues caused by third-party providers.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchased content, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

13. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Le Glow Studio is owned by or licensed to Le Glow Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • routines
  • programs
  • course structure
  • written materials
  • downloads
  • app content
  • graphics
  • logos
  • photos
  • audio
  • live session recordings
  • emails
  • guides
  • captions
  • website copy
  • methods
  • frameworks
  • class names
  • program names

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, screenshot, screen record, share, sell, distribute, teach, publish, upload, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission from Le Glow Studio.

14. Confidentiality of Training Materials

You acknowledge that Le Glow Studio has invested significant time, skill, experience, and resources into creating its programs, routines, methods, videos, and educational materials.

You agree to keep all paid content, training materials, program materials, and membership content confidential.

You may not share, distribute, teach, reproduce, copy, post, upload, sell, or make available any Le Glow Studio content to any other person, platform, group, website, social media account, file-sharing service, or online community.

Violation of this section may cause irreparable harm to Le Glow Studio. We reserve the right to seek damages, injunctive relief, termination of your access, and any other remedies available by law.

15. User Content, Testimonials, and Feedback

You may choose to submit comments, reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, messages, feedback, questions, or other content to Le Glow Studio through the app, website, email, social media, forms, coaching sessions, or other channels.

By submitting content to us, you represent that you own or have permission to share that content.

Unless you clearly request otherwise in writing, you grant Le Glow Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and share your submitted content for educational, promotional, marketing, testimonial, or business purposes.

We may use testimonials, reviews, comments, or messages in marketing materials, sales pages, emails, social media, ads, or other content.

We will make reasonable efforts not to share sensitive personal information, private health details, or contact information without permission.

We reserve the right to edit testimonials or feedback for clarity, length, grammar, formatting, or privacy, without changing the overall meaning.

You understand that feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations you submit to us may be used by Le Glow Studio without compensation or obligation to you.

16. Coaching, Live Sessions, and Community Participation

If you participate in coaching calls, live sessions, community spaces, comments, group discussions, or other interactive features, you agree to behave respectfully.

You may not:

  • harass, bully, threaten, or abuse others
  • share private information about another person
  • give unsafe medical advice
  • post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • promote unrelated products or services
  • spam the community
  • record or distribute live sessions without permission
  • violate another person’s rights

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate participation without refund if we believe your behavior violates these Terms or creates an unsafe environment.

Any purchase or use of a third-party product or service is solely between you and that third party.

19. Skincare, Product, Tool, and Supplement Recommendations

Any skincare, facial tool, tape, oil, supplement, or product recommendation provided by Le Glow Studio is for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that any product will be safe, suitable, effective, or appropriate for you.

You are responsible for reading product labels, ingredient lists, warnings, directions, and contraindications.

You should patch test skincare products before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, if Le Glow Studio is found liable for any claim, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Le Glow Studio for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

If your access is terminated due to violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Stopping use does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the proper cancellation method before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, payments, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply after termination.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

36. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, or by operation of law.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Health Disclaimer & Liability Waiver, refund terms, checkout disclosures, and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Le Glow Studio regarding the Services.

They replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.
