Welcome to Le Glow Studio
This page will help you get the most out of your practice by covering safety guidelines, skin preparation, and simple tips for staying consistent.
Safety Guidelines
Your safety is my top priority.
Face yoga, facial massage, lymphatic drainage, fascia release, and Gua Sha are gentle, non-invasive practices that can help support a healthier-looking, more relaxed appearance. While these techniques are generally very safe, there are certain situations where it is best to wait before practicing or to seek medical clearance first.
Please read the information below before starting any program.
When to Avoid Face Massage and Face Yoga
Please do not practice face massage, facial exercises, Gua Sha, or lymphatic drainage if you:
Have Had Botox Recently
Wait at least 2 weeks after Botox before beginning facial massage or facial exercises.
Have Had Dermal Fillers Recently
Wait at least 4 weeks after filler injections before resuming facial massage. Even after this period, avoid deep pressure directly over areas where filler has been placed.
Have Active Skin Irritation
Avoid practicing if you have:
• Painful or inflamed acne
• Active breakouts that are tender to the touch
• Skin infections
• Rashes or allergic reactions
• Sunburned skin
• Open wounds or cuts
Allow the skin to heal before resuming your practice.
Have an Illness or Infection
Avoid facial massage and lymphatic drainage if you have:
• A fever
• An active infection
• Swollen lymph nodes
• Flu-like symptoms
Wait until you have fully recovered.
Are Under Medical Care That Restricts Massage
If your doctor or healthcare provider has advised you to avoid massage, pressure, lymphatic work, or certain movements, follow their guidance before participating.
Are Undergoing Cancer Treatment
If you are currently undergoing cancer treatment, please obtain approval from your healthcare team before practicing facial massage, lymphatic drainage, or facial exercises.
Are in the First Trimester of Pregnancy
If you are pregnant, it is recommended to avoid facial massage and lymphatic drainage during the first trimester unless approved by your healthcare provider.
Have Recently Had Cosmetic or Medical Procedures
Please wait until you have been cleared by your provider before resuming facial massage if you have recently had:
• Facial surgery
• Dental surgery
• Deep chemical peels
• Laser treatments
• Microneedling
• Thread lifts
• Other cosmetic procedures
Healing times vary, so always follow your provider's recommendations.
Practice Gently
More pressure does not mean better results.
Facial tissues are delicate and respond best to consistent, gentle techniques.
When practicing:
• Use light to moderate pressure
• Never force a movement
• Avoid pulling or dragging the skin aggressively
• Stop immediately if something feels painful
A mild stretch, gentle muscle engagement, or temporary warmth in the skin is normal. Pain is not.
Listen to Your Body
Every face is unique.
If a movement feels uncomfortable, causes pain, increases irritation, or simply does not feel right for your body, stop and modify as needed.
Consistency is more important than intensity.

Skin Preparation
Good prep helps your routines work better and gives you more noticeable results.
Before You Start
• Clean hands
• Clean face
• Keep your products nearby
Most routines begin on oil-free skin.
I highly recommend hydrating the skin with a hydrating mist, such as rose water, and a water-based serum such as HA or B5.

How to Make Your Results Last
You joined this app because you want to care for your face in a natural and meaningful way.
Long-term results come from showing up with consistency.
We often start motivated, then slip back into old patterns.
My goal is to help you stay on track in a way that feels effortless.
Here are four simple tips that can make consistency much easier.
1. Make It Easy to Start
Having a small space that is always ready makes it easier to show up.
• Create a simple face yoga setup.
• Keep your products together in a basket with your mist, oil, hand towel, hair tie, and Gua Sha tool.
• Keep your phone stand and mirror in place so all you have to do is open the app and start your routine.
2. Pick a Specific Daily Moment
Attach your routine to something you already do.
Examples:
• After brushing your teeth
• After showering
• Before bed
It is easier to stick to a habit than to search for motivation every day.
When your routine is linked to something familiar, it becomes automatic.
3. Make It Part of Who You Are
Shift from:
"I should do this."
To:
"This is who I am."
"I love my face yoga time."
"I need those few minutes each day to reconnect with myself."
When you see it this way, your routine feels natural instead of forced.
4. Stay Gentle With Yourself
If you miss a day or fall off track, simply come back when you can.
Do not judge yourself for the time missed.
Long-term consistency is about what you do most of the time, not every single day.
A Final Note
The goal of these practices is to help you create a few moments of self-care while supporting a more relaxed, refreshed, and healthy-looking appearance.
Move slowly, stay consistent, and always prioritize your well-being.
Your safety matters just as much as your glow.
And now, let's get started on your face yoga journey.
