Frequently Asked Questions

How to Use the App?

1. Begin with the 7-Day Challenge:

It’s the best way to start. You’ll get familiar with your face, understand how different areas connect, and begin noticing real changes without feeling overwhelmed.

2. Choose how you want to practice:

Option 1 — Follow a Mini-Program:
If you want to focus on a specific concern (jawline, eyes, neck, cheeks, etc.), choose a mini-program.
Every program tells you exactly what to do, day by day, so you don’t have to plan or guess.

Option 2 — Follow the Weekly Schedule:
If you prefer me to pick for you, follow the weekly schedule.
I handpick routines each week so you get a complete, balanced face care plan.

Whatever option you choose, you’re not doing this alone — I’m right there with you, guiding you step by step.

How often should I use Gua Sha?

You can pair Gua Sha with any routine in the app.

Here are two easy ways to fit it in:

1. One morning + one night:

Face yoga or massage in the morning, Gua Sha at night (or the opposite).

2. Weekly rhythm (6 days/week):

  • 4 days: Face yoga / massage

  • 2 days: Gua Sha

Example:
2 days face yoga → 1 day Gua Sha → 2 days face yoga → 1 day Gua Sha

Do what feels natural — both approaches work beautifully.

What products should I use?

You’ll need a bit of slip for massage techniques, so use a gentle facial oil or balm.

All the products and tools I personally use are linked under the link icon at the bottom right of the app.

There’s also a section inside the Mini Guide that explains how to choose the right oil for your skin.

What step of my skincare routine should I do face yoga and massage?

  1. Cleanse your skin.

  2. Start your routine on dry skin.

  3. When it’s time for glide, use a mist (like rose water) and a facial oil.

  4. Finish with your moisturizer.

Optional: mix a few drops of oil into your moisturizer if you prefer.

How long will it take to see results?

You’ll start seeing results in 21 days with consistent practice.

By the end of three weeks, your skin will feel firmer, more lifted, and less puffy.
These changes build over time, so the longer you stick with the routines, the more visible and long-lasting your results will be.

Just 10 minutes a day is enough to transform your skin naturally.

When is the best time of day to do the routines?

Whenever it fits your schedule.
Mornings help de-puff and energize your skin, while evenings help you relax and release tension.

Do I have to do this every day to see results?

Consistency gives the best results, but you don’t need to do it daily.
Aim for 6 days a week.

What if I want to do more than 10 minutes a day?

Most routines are 10 minutes, with shorter 5-minute options for the targeted area ones.

If you want to extend your practice, you can combine sessions — for example, one in the morning and one at night, or a 10-minute full face routine paired with a 5-minute targeted one.

Can I do this during pregnancy?

Yes, face yoga and massage are safe during pregnancy.
Avoid practicing during the first trimester as an extra precaution, and skip intraoral massage throughout pregnancy.

Each video includes a description noting if it contains intraoral techniques, so you’ll always know before pressing play.

Can I do this after Botox or fillers?

Yes.
Wait two weeks after Botox and four weeks after fillers.

After that, you’re good to go — just avoid deep pressure directly where you have filler.

Face massage help keep muscles relaxed longer (so your injections last longer), and as you build your practice, you may feel comfortable spacing out your appointments or even transitioning away from injectables if you choose.

Is face yoga and massage safe?

Yes. These non-invasive techniques help improve circulation, release tension, and strengthen the muscles in your face.

Just avoid massaging over active breakouts, irritated skin, and skip deep pressure if you have fillers. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor. You'll find more details in the Mini Guide.

Is there proof that face yoga and massage actually work?

Yes.

They make sense from a physiological point of view — muscle strengthening, tension release, improved circulation, fascia work, and lymphatic drainage all contribute to healthier skin.

These methods have been practiced for centuries, and people consistently see visible results.

While science is still catching up, the results speak for themselves. Are you ready to experience them too?

What if I’ve never done face yoga or massage before?

You’re completely fine.
The app includes step-by-step tutorials so you can follow along easily, even as a total beginner.

Does face massage stretch the skin or cause wrinkles?

No. This is a common misconception. Skin stretches when it is held in an extended position for a long period of time, like during a pregnancy or general weight gain.

Face massage improves elasticity, boosts circulation, and helps reduce wrinkles.

Every routine is designed to be safe, effective, and gentle on your skin.
